AML House Plans provides ready-to-build residential floor plans for homeowners, builders, and investors across Texas and the U.S. What started as a way to design affordable, buildable homes for families in smaller Texas communities has grown into a system helping builders save time and money.

Founder – Michael Lewis
Michael Lewis has spent more than 20 years working around real estate—from construction and rental investing to buying distressed properties and helping owners unlock value.

As a Navy veteran and lifelong Texan, Michael brings practical experience, resilience, and problem-solving to every project. AML House Plans grew out of his passion for designing efficient, buildable homes and helping families and builders get projects started faster without the high cost of custom architectural work.
Michael lives in Wise County, Texas with his family and continues drafting, refining, and expanding AML’s growing catalog of residential plans.
